General Requirements

While experience depends on the job, there are general requirements to follow while employed by Pave LLC.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability & willingness to travel on occasion
    (fully compensated both ways)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 100 lbs
  • Self motivated and punctual
  • Focus on safety and quality
  • A CDL is not required, but a definite plus
