Asphalt Services

PAVE LLC offers complete asphalt services to maintain and repair surfaces and structures such as drive lanes, curbs, sidewalks, ramps, dumpster pads, bumper blocks, and asphalt parking decks. We can also inspect for ADA compliance and perform corrective ADA remediation.
If your asphalt is showing signs of wear, don’t delay! We can address problems before they spread. Our services include removal and replacement of failed areas, resurfacing, reconstruction, and infrared asphalt repair.

Design & Planning
By thoroughly discussing the project beforehand and employing scope development services, we can produce a professional site plan with the aid of site surveys and computer modeling programs.
Often times we’re contacted by potential clients who have a need and don’t know the best solution. It’s in these situations that we excel. Our project managers will come out and walk the site with the client and listen to their concerns. We know the questions to ask that will enable us to formulate a collaborative plan.

New Construction
PAVE LLC provides top-quality asphalt paving services for both commercial and residential areas around the midwest. Our crews perform work throughout the Omaha metro area and surrounding areas.
Whether you need to pave a new roadway or street, a driveway or sidewalk, or a jogging trail or parking lot, PAVE LLC has the experience your project requires, and we will deliver a solution that’s long-lasting.

Complete Overlay Installation
Large or small, PAVE LLC can overlay your existing parking lot or driveway.
Between 5 and 10 years, many parking lots experience isolated areas of raveling and alligatored pavement. In this case, it is possible to prolong the safe usability of pavement with grinding and resurfacing. This structural repair involves removing and replacing failed areas, milling areas of transition, and leveling any low-lying areas prior to resurfacing the entire parking lot. An underlayment fabric may also be installed prior to resurfacing to act as a waterproofing membrane.

Remove & Replace
Over time, cracks will appear on any pavement. If not treated early, water will infiltrate open cracks and weaken the base.
This process widens existing cracks, causes new ones to form, and creates potholes. If the areas affected are concentrated, asphalt removal and replacement is an effective repair. Unsound pavement is removed by a saw cutting the perimeter of each affected area. Next, deteriorated asphalt is removed. The existing base is re-graded and compacted. A tack coat is applied to the edges of the patch and new asphalt is installed and compacted.

Milling & Paving
PAVE LLC offers milling and paving. Milling can also remove distresses from the surface, providing a better driving experience and/or longer roadway life. Some of the issues that milling can remove include:
- Raveling: aggregate becoming separated from the binder and loose on the road
- Bleeding: the binder (asphalt) coming up to the surface of the road
- Rutting: formation of low spots in pavement along the direction of travel usually in the wheel path
- Shoving: a washboard like effect transverse to the direction of travel
- Ride quality: uneven road surface such as swells, bumps, sags, or depressions
- Damage: resulting from accidents and/or fires

Roads & Highways
For the construction of new highways, roads and runways, PAVE LLC clears the land, constructs the roadway base layers and applies the asphalt pavement. Pave focuses on your road systems from pothole repair to full road construction.
PAVE LLC works with the city to create or restore roads and highways to ensure better driving experiences.

Floor Drain Installation
Improper drainage of surface and sub-surface water can significantly decrease the life cycle and structural integrity of your asphalt parking lot.
Unfortunately, many floor drains become so plugged with dirt and sediment to the point that they must be replaced. This project requires opening the concrete floor, cutting the cast iron piping to remove the old floor drain, installing a new floor drain, then re-cementing the floor.
Storm basins (or catch basins) are primarily used to collect pavement runoff and act as a junction for a storm drain system. They are constructed with a sump below the pipe invert. The sump collects sediment and debris entering the catch basin through the grate inlet. The collected material is typically removed by hand or by the use of a vactor truck.
Patch Repairs
Patching is a common asphalt repair on areas of pavement with potholes. Potholes occur when water seeps into pavement through unsealed or improperly sealed cracks. When the water freezes, it expands and enlarges the crack. When the ice under the pavement melts, a void is left. Surrounding pavement falls into the void and forms a pothole. This process consists of filling the affected areas with hot or cold asphalt mix, depending on the season and/or site location.
